My Level 7 ASPIRE apprenticeship is a senior‑level development programme delivered through a partnership between Capgemini and Henley Business School. The programme is designed to develop future leaders, project and programme professionals, and consultants, combining academic rigour with real‑world application in a consulting environment.
Through this apprenticeship, I am working towards a postgraduate‑level qualification (Master’s / PGDip, depending on route) while continuing to work full time at Capgemini. The programme focuses on strengthening strategic thinking, leadership capability, commercial awareness, and advanced project and programme management skills.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying my programme to a very great extent, as it is both challenging and highly rewarding. The combination of academic learning with real‑world application allows me to see a direct impact on my day‑to‑day role, which makes the experience engaging and meaningful. I particularly value the focus on strategic thinking, leadership development, and commercial awareness, as these areas have strengthened my confidence and effectiveness at work. The support from both Capgemini and Henley Business School, alongside the opportunity to learn from peers with diverse experiences, has contributed to a positive and motivating learning environment, making the programme an enjoyable and valuable part of my professional development.
