I engage in varied activities related to software engineering, working between streams to see how the project comes together.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program is amazing. The company offer substantial support during time at uni, and offers many incentives to continue working. Completing certifications are funded by the company, and bonuses are offered upon completion. There are a lot of opportunities to get involved and the pathway for promotion is very clear.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have had a great opportunity to expand on the programming skills I had previously. I have also been able to learn new skills that I would never have had been able to practice in personal projects.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Onboarding can be a little bit weak, but everything else is great and its very clear what we need to do, what is going to happen in the future, and how its been recorded.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The company has dedicated teams for early and emerging talent, which is great as anything you need can be worked on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We get generous study leave through the year, and the company offers a lot when we go to university.
