Why?
Tremendous amount of support from people manager and engagement manager. Lots of opportunities to get involved in, and I thoroughly enjoy my role.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
Put yourself into uncomfortable situations, they provide far better experiences than staying in your comfort zone. Say yes to any opportunities that arise, and network as much as possible- it's not what you know its's who you know.
