As it is multiskill my day can include paint MET or panel sometimes you can get all three tasks in one day or you can be in just 1 area for the day

I have developed many skills since starting at Gemini Ive not finished my apprenticeship yet but I already have multiple qualifications including Level 3 EV and hybrid vehicles and refrigerant handling

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the programme is pretty well organised and structured but I believe when we go to college I think we should go from the Monday and do the theory in class because I find it hard to actually concentrate when I’m just listening on a teams call
