The Role varies Day to day being a multi skill role. 1 day may be in paint shop next day MET area or Panel. Some days could be all 3 areas in 1 day. Depends whats needed of you.

College dates are organised when you first start and then they leave it till the latest point before releasing your next set of blocks which can make it awkward when booking holiday.
