Attend stand up meeting, ensure any open issues are being resolved and have no blockers. Run builds through the line and support the squad and ensuring the correct stakeholders are engaged

My communication skills have excelled and confidence speaking to others has increased dramatically. My time management skills have also improved, scheduling meetings and splitting workload appropriately.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured, who to speak to for certain issues is clear and rarely an issue unless person is on leave
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is really supportive of me as i progress through my apprenticeship and I feel wants the best for me to boost my skills to ensure I am a valued member of the team who contributes significantly
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My apprentice tutor is supportive, with regular meetings with them and my line manager. They are always open to support if needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

After the foundational years, the specialist modules designed to my field are easy to connect to my work and I can apply what I learn at Uni to my day to day work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I play social football with other apprentices at uni on block weeks and most weeks outside of block weeks. There are societies to join which are welcoming
