Overall, how would you describe your experience at Aldi?
After five years at ALDI, I can confidently say I am extremely satisfied with the company, my colleagues, and the career opportunities available to me. The supportive team environment and the professional culture have made my experience consistently positive, and I look forward to continuing my development within the business

I’m motivated by owning end-to-end initiatives. At ALDI, I take ideas through delivery and focus on creating tangible impact through measurable results

My work-life balance is fairly good, but not ideal—I'd rate it 4/5. There are times when workload and deadlines create a busier pace, and it can take more of my personal time than I’d like. That said, I manage it through prioritising and planning, and I do receive some flexibility

Overall, the culture is positive and values-led. There’s a collaborative atmosphere, and people generally support each other, though sometimes it can feel fast-paced during busy periods
