Lead a team responsible for the ongoing delivery, optimisation and support of the Workday platform across the UK and Ireland, supporting over 50,000 colleagues. Working within a central HRIS function, I manage a team of eight specialists within a wider 20-person Workday team and partner closely with HR, IT and Data & Analytics teams to ensure the platform delivers maximum value to the organisation.
My role focuses on ensuring the reliability, continuous improvement and strategic development of Workday, while also leading the HR Data, Reporting and Analytics capability nationally.

It helped me gain the theoretical knowledge to sit behind the practical reality that I was already facing. allowed me to reflect and think more strategically, understanding the bigger picture and role I play in it.

Why?
I have worked at ALDI for 10 years and wouldn't change it for the world. It's never too late to further your knowledge and experience, this apprenticeship gave me the platform to do that.
