My role involves liaising with various stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure operational efficiency. I manage a medium-sized team, of different levels. My role involves team development, regular reporting, internal and external meetings, training, finding improvements, project management, supporting operational strategy and efficiencies.

The admin could be better. There are multiple conflicting diary invites with different Teams links. Content could be shared earlier. Mixed feedback on lecturers.

ALDI offer lots of different opportunities. The apprenticeship scheme is great too and helps develop individuals and build their networks internally and externally. ALDI have a clear structure.
