Refine or set up data gathering, recording, reporting and analysis for different data sets as required that day. Make these accessible and share these with members of the team with explanations. Observe recruiter calls and parts of the application process. Help out with the AC coordinating once a week.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
As I was the only one working on the various spreadsheets, I was given a lot of freedom to use my initiative, and once I proved that I was given a decent amount of responsibility over these projects.

With regards to technical skills, my use of excel has drastically improved, as well as my interview skills and articulation. My confidence and self-belief has also been affected positively.

If I asked, I got a large amount of support but on the day-to-day it was just enough to get through the tasks and such.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Within the recruitment team in London, I have nothing but good things to say. Going further into the wider team came up a couple of incidents but overall it was positive.

It has honestly been the best working experience of my life so far - I feel like I learnt so much and am so lucky to have been able to meet the people I did.
