Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I am currently involved in a large‑scale claims assessment project, where my responsibilities include reviewing individual heads of loss, reviewing disclosure, and drafting letters and other related correspondence.
On a day‑to‑day basis, I work closely with the paralegal group to support the progression of existing matters, including drafting requests for further information, and assisting with case preparation, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with required timelines.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I'm also able to build on my technical skills, including drafting and client communication, while also developing important soft skills such as organisation, attention to detail, and working collaboratively within a team. These skills have been highly transferable and continue to be applicable in my current role within the Disputes team.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
On the study side, the BPP element of the programme can sometimes be a little disorganised, particularly around exams and timetables. However, my BPP coach has been excellent and very supportive in helping to resolve any issues and providing clarity when needed. Overall, with the support in place, the programme remains manageable and well balanced.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
In addition, the learning materials provided are very high quality and well suited to both learning and revision, which has been really useful alongside working. The combination of regular check‑ins, accessibility to support, and strong study resources has made the qualification process much more manageable.
