My role is varied in customer service on tills and tasks such as delivery, tags and stock control. Everyday is different in terms of what tasks need to be completed in store.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme as I love the mix of on-the-job customer service with the coursework and learning about the business.

I really enjoy my programme the customer service elements have really built my confidence. Overall tasks such as delivery and tags have helped me become a efficient and organised worker.

I receive a lot of support from the training provider in my online learning and making sure that my on the job learning is on track. Aswell as talking to me about options for after my apprenticeship.

It definitely helps me to perform better in the role as I learn more about the business, customers and branding, and as a result am a better sales assistant.
