Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
Range of activities from editing videos and audio to doing interviews, meeting people, writing content and shadowing.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
Highly enjoyable already and has given me access to so many different people and opportunities.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
Too many skills to put here but definitely communication and understanding different dynamics within a group of people.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

4/5
Well structured generally with good awareness of our schedules and notifications on what our schedules will look like. Thankfully not so much structure that it is suffocating or restricts opportunities.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
Constantly made aware of people we can contact for support.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

5/5
Always easily accessible and present.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
Genuinely very useful - the knowledge gleaned from classes gives us good context fro real life events in the workplace.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

3/5
Mainly led by other apprentices. Not many, would be nice to see sports teams.
