I would help asst on projects within the highways team, I then moved to the transport planning team ad continued a similar role to assisting and modelling.

I think its good but there are definitely areas to improve that can continue to help apprentices progress.

I have learnt many new skills that I did not have before starting this apprenticeship, I believe I will only continue to further these skills and gain new ones as I progress.
