Yes definitely, I have developed many digital skills through my role, but it has had an even bigger impact on my soft skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very new, so its not perfectly structured. I am the first person doing it, but I have created my own structured path, which I am now happy with following.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a good volume of base level support and have access to a wide support network if I need it. Support contacts are well signposted.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a decent base level of support, again I have a clear support network if I need further support.

I can absolutely see the correlation between what I am learning at university and the impact on work thus far.

There is absolutely loads, in team socials, divisional socials, office socials, regional socials, early career events, etc. As long as you make the effort to get involved in a couple of bits, its a very social place.
