As a senior quality engineer I lead quality assurance and control activities across the product lifecycle—from design and supplier selection through to production, testing, and customer delivery. I act as a subject matter expert, supporting both strategic quality initiatives and day-to-day operational issues, while often mentoring junior quality staff.
I am responsible for ensuring that products meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The role typically sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and compliance, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, risk management, and problem-solving.
Day to day activities involve; production quality support, non-conformance & corrective actions, supplier quality management, compliance & standards, new product introduction, data analysis & continuous improvement, documentation & training.
Overall, it’s a hands-on, problem-solving role that balances shop-floor involvement with strategic quality planning, ensuring that both products and processes are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.

It was very well structured with some very good content. The delivery was excellent with plenty of reliable support. The location and attendance requirements suited my needs perfectly.
