Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I spend most of my day working directly with customers, helping them with Cosmetics. I also put out delivery on the Cosmetics aisle and spend an hour or 2 on the tills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like helping people with thinks like make-up and skincare and I enjoy them and like to share tips and products I love. I sometimes feel like there's more focus on things I haven't done than the positive things I have achieved but this isn't too common.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have really developed my social skills in being able to deal with questions and approach customers. I have also developed practical skills within the job such as being more active in delegating my time between service and a task.

Yes
Why?
I enjoy working at Superdrug as I believe it to be a friendly working environment and a nice way to understand peoples wants and needs when shopping.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Superdrug?
I would say that there can be a lot of pressure over personal scores and targets which can be demoralising if they aren't what is expected, but you have to try your best as that is all you can do, and not get too weighed down by it.
