My key responsibilities are leading small projects, providing support in change management, conducting training sessions and supporting employees in recruitment process.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love it as it gave me answers to multiple questions, as well as the opportunity to apply what I learned directly to real projects, making the experience both practical and engaging. The programme strengthen my confidence and prepared me well for future project roles.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have obtained and developed a lot of valuable skills such as project planning, time management and effective stakeholder communication. I also gained experience in risk management, problem solving, and using project management tools to track progress. Change management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Issue Management and Quality Control made the list of my skills and knowledge much wider and helped me improve my organisation, adaptability, and confidence when working in a professional project environment.

The programme is very well organised. The schedule of training sessions and project work makes it easy to stay on track and understand expectations. Communication throughout the programme is consistent, and the support from mentor ensures that any questions or challenges are addressed promptly.

My line manager is very supportive, providing guidance and encouragement that has helped me progress.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a high level of support from the training provider, who offer helpful resources, regular guidance, and are always available to answer questions. They are always happy to provide extra resources when I want to learn a particular subject deeper.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The programme gave me a strong understanding of key project management principles and how to apply them in practice. It has improved my ability to to plan tasks, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. As a result, I feel more confident in my day-to-day responsibilities and better equipped to contribute to project success.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my work. We have many different colleague networks and communities that focus on inclusion, connection and development. For example Ethnicity and cultural diversity networks. Our company also strongly supports social impact and motivates people to join Volunteering days (which are paid). We have different company awards programmes and multiple professional networking, which include mentoring schemes, and internal career pathways events and leadership talks.
