Running the events department, a sub department of the hospitality team in a corporate bank.
Managing the day to day operations, plus managing a small team of 4.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme a lot as it gave me a lot of confidence to step up into my new role.

The programme is well structure, having one class a month plus a one to one was an excellent way of structuring the programme.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a great deal of support from my employer, from my line manager who supported me to the company (Compass) who added on additional workshops that more specific to them and how they things in the industry.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

So much support, my trainer was always available on the other end of the phone if needed.
She supported me not only educationally but also emotionally through the stress of completing an apprenticeship whilst working a full time job and then a promotion.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Gives me a wider view of everthing and tools to help with day to day problems that may arise.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

None from the apprenticeship itself but our company invited us to a dinner following our completion of the apprenticeship.
