I found the programme very enjoyable, having the support from my head chef, tutor and my colleagues, helped build my confidence.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was structured and organised extremely well. The tutor was on hand for help and advice everyone day if needed. Monthly meetings were scheduled to obtain progress and any issues that needed sorting.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support was second to none, they were there always on hand to advise, explaine and assist with questions that occurred throughout the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The trainer was extremely helpful throughout the course. He helped build my portfolio to a satisfactory standard to present to the assessment board. No matter how many emails and portfolio pictures and questions he received he would always respond

Having the knowledge i have now from doing the course, has given me more confidence to undertake tasks with little or no support.

Through out my course I was able to attend mandatory workshops that gave me new skills to proforme my job.
Also there was opportunities to attend functions like Twickenham this was the Scotland England rugby game. I assisted in Tom Kerridges kitchen preparing and serving.
Also workshops with Ollie Dabbous and Brim Williams creating fabulous dishes and learning more new skill.

Why?
I certainly would, they promote progression and growth in there work force
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Compass group?
I would say its hard work, but if you want to work for a company that has your wellbeing, interests and progression carer at their heart then apply.
