My role is to support our front line culinary teams with menu & food safety compliance, ensuring brand standards and system processes are maintained to the best possible grade. I sit within a senior culinary team that develops food concepts and recipes and operating procedures.

In my role as a Senior Culinary Lead while completing the Level 5 Operations Manager qualification, I have developed strong leadership and operational management skills. I have enhanced my ability to lead and motivate teams, manage performance, and support staff development in a fast‑paced environment. I have strengthened my commercial awareness through budgeting, cost control, and resource planning, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high quality standards. I have also built capability in strategic planning, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement, using data and feedback to drive better outcomes. Alongside this, I have improved my stakeholder communication, compliance awareness, and ability to manage risk, change, and operational priorities effectively
