Overall, how would you describe your experience at JLR?
Very good
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Spent 6 months in 'home team' - fundamentally project management with technical expertise. Then did 3 months with a suspension team researching future technology. 3 months in a team evaluating cars and assisting with the direction of future model years. 6 months in an off-road team, testing cars. Back to home team to run a fleet of cars and assist with drive events and test work.
I've enjoyed the last part the most - feeling like I've actually been useful!
