I am a degree apprentice so that means I work full time in JLR and study part time in the University of Warwick. On a day-to-day basis I work with my team with software development and I have the opportunity to do various different placements according to my interests. I also go to university for 1 block week every term or so and have 1 study day a week to work on my assignments and university work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoy the programme a lot as it is very flexible and is mainly hybrid which means I can work from home a lot of the time. There is so many opportunities to learn and engage in different teams so it is definitely enjoyable. The work life balance is good as long as you are able to manage your workload and university work well.
