How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have regular check ins with a workplace tutor and aptem makes keeping up to date with my apprenticeship fairly easy. only issue is I cannot see my hours once submitted only my manager can, so without keeping my own records it is difficult to keep on track.

Less GMCA and more GMFRS but they should research the role well, go down to station and be keen and willing to get stuck in
