Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I'm an area manager i look after 10 schools of my own, i support staff and deal with reporting the faults in the kitchen, I carry out daily audits in the units, i also do added values in the afternoons teaching children about where food comes from, eating sustainability and many other fantastic opportunities for children.

I had many training providers to begin with but the gentleman who finished my training programme was very supportive and made me a graduate.

Yes there are many activities i do , theses are called added values, for example I teach children about eating sustainability, The hungry caterpillar - where i speak to children about fruit and vegetables and then we have a practical session where the children make there own caterpillar out of the fruit and vegetables i take in, I also do the same with the rainbow but this is with key stage 2 children. i thoroughly enjoy doing these session, I like to think that my information will stick with them for life.
