Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My primary responsibility is providing the site operatives on site with a design to build to, it must be delivered on time and to a high quality. This involves managing design consultants to work collaboratively and actively to produce design, and communicating with site operatives about the design.

2. So far, I can't confidently say that I have learned much at university, because I already learned about what was covered at university from performing my job role. Areas that I may have fell short in university may not be directly applicable to my job role.

Not that I'm aware of, apart from very occasional networking events.

Why?
Overall good employer. I feel valued as long as I'm putting in value. I am given resource for any help I may need. I am given challenges and responsibility which forces growth.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bowmer + Kirkland?
Conduct yourself professionally and show your passion and interest if you have it. Don't apply if you aren't willing to work hard and aren't interested in construction.
