Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role can vary widely, from frontline engineering to the support of online platforms. Moving around teams gives wide variety of insight: supporting TV and Radio studios within the building and any broadcasting equipment used by other staff.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the variety of teams I have been involved with and the different experiences they have given me.

I have learnt a plethora of skills in many areas and saw how my existing skills can be transferred over.

The structure of my programme is well set out clearly separating time between on the job hours and University time.

Why?

It provides a way to receive a degree while having work experience alongside this to utilise the knowledge. There is a large variety of opportunities available in so many different areas.
