I am on the children's commissioning team and we take pitches from Indies and my managers decide whether they would like to green light programs for CBBC. The whole team, including myself, decide whether we like the pitches. I help the team with research, data analysis and note making on programs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my programme, not only is it fulfilling but it also thoroughly challenges me.

I have developed almost every skill I have. I thought I had skills perfected and quickly realized that they need to be honed such as time management and communication.
