5 - I was involved in the production of live radio shows, planning for them, gathering content, audio editing and assisting the producer of the running of the show.

its a well established, supportive organisation with lots of great networking and learning opportunities
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
network as much as possible, take every opportunity and don't say no to anything, even if you're nervous or don't think you'd like what is offered
