To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really love the experience, and the structure of the course. Vinci as a company are so supported of all early years employees

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much from the apprenticeship training provided and from my line manager who has worked in the insurance industry for many years

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the program was great. The apprenticeship was split into 3 monthly sections. With the first 3 focusing on the exams and the last 1 focusing on the endpoint assessment
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Vinci are a very supportive company to work for and provide great support to all apprentices in the company
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Davies my training provider were great and were always available to help with anything.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has give me much more confidence in my role and a better knowledge of the industry as a whole.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not overly however every may we have a steps for health challenges along with other events through the year
