Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
As an apprentice my main role is to shadow different colleagues and learn as much as possible. I have the opportunity to move around and learn as much as I can with no pressure to perform certain roles. I attend university every few weeks/months where i partake in modules and courses based around my apprenticeship. I have module assignments to complete afterwards and a monthly log to submit about my learning at the BBC in order to complete my apprenticeship.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
It is completely different to any other job role I have had however the support I have received is invaluable. At every turn I have had colleagues and managers offering support and checking in with me, if I need a study day to work at home, there is no issue.
The variety in task is incredible and keeps the job exciting and interesting. It is an entirely unique apprenticeship.
