Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend City & Guilds to a friend?
Yes
Why?
An overall good employer that offers a lot of flexibility around how and when you work. In my role I have received a lot of support whenever I ask for it. My role is interesting and has developed my skills well so far.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to City & Guilds?
If you are applying for a remote position be prepared as for some working remotely can be a struggle. There is lots of change within the organisation at the moment and the communication from executives isn't always the best. However my small team is great.
