I have been with Compass since i was 16 and now i have been here 14 years, they constantly look to develop you as a individual and progress you. compass are very passionate about all employees at every level and the senior team are always available to answer question you may have, compass offer a vast array of tools/rescourses to ensure you can complete all jobs to the best of your ability

When applying to compass, be personable and honest the company prides itself on being transparent and putting people first
