My core responsibility as Business Process Manager is to oversee the creation, review, and improvement of processes within the Managed Services Business Unit. This includes managing and maintaining our ISO 9001 Certification and coordinating Internal Audits.

The coach, who had previous industry experience, demonstrated a practical and deep understanding of the subject matter. They were highly supportive and successfully engaged all participants, accommodating various learning preferences.
