Horizon scanning and also project managing a number of internal projects as well as involvement in governance and process improvement.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am on the Senior Leadership course and its really insightful on how senior managers work, also I am going knowledge myself on how to deal with different scenarios.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes I am learning a lot of soft skills and emotional intelligence also I the different types of theories for certain situations.

Everyone at TSB is really supportive of the course, my line manager and his manager are encouraging and helping me identify opportunities that will help support the apprenticeship I am on.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Susan has been great we have regular 121 catch ups as well as group training sessions and she also is only an email away to keep you on track. Very supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes I go to the gym and also play in a number of sports, padel, pickleball and cycling being the main sports.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TSB?
Try and get your foot in the door with an enter level role. Do a good job there and over time doors will open.
