Highly improved technical knowledge on vehicles and mechanical and electronic theory. Improved leadership and communication skills through taking on projects and working within a large network.

Structure and Support

5/5
The university side of the program is well organised and communicated in advance. The work side of the program is home team dependent and my team has structured my tasks well to scale up in technical skill and responsibility as the programme progresses.

My employer supports me well. I have regular reviews from my line manager and early careers lead.

5/5
I can easily get support from university through Microsoft applications or Warwick University websites.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I covered the core parts of my role at university, although I learnt more technical and specialised knowledge within my specialised team at work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are many many opportunities at JLR, there are early careers networks which host activities. There are also large networking groups within JLR that host activities for a range or sports and activities. I feels like JLR have a large amount of their own sports and societies just like a university.
