My Job role involves giving SME advice and guidance to the business. Supporting others, and projects. Budgets, finance, Facilities expertise. Throughout the South West region of the UK. Building and maintaining client and customer relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual output meeting KPI's and mititgation when required.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the course very much the tutor is both encouraging and good at holding me accountable. I see myself developing through his coaching of me.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Skills have definitely improved including learning and the implementation of the power grid, this is particularly useful with our Client, understanding who has interest and power and how that influences decisions.

Yes very well structured and supports my additonal learning well with extra sessions.

My employer is very understanding and allows me to spend time working on the course as I need too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have a huge amount of remote input from our training provider and can always reach out for support as and when required.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

In terms of my current role this course is broad and inclusive of other elements that sit outside of my current role. This will allow me to stretch into a different space with in the business if I so choose and the opportunity presents itself. In the meantime am using what I learn to support others on their development.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are events throughout the year we are able to attend,and am encouraged to attend Networking events both internally and externally, also other social events that I have the opportunity to attend.

Why?
It is a great place to work, very inclusive and supportive. They actively encourage those who would like to take courses and personal development is actively supported, there is a great senior team who are always willing to include you in more senior level projects, every day is different and if that is what you like then Compass is definitely the place for you.

Just be yourself be open and positive.
