Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
The programme is a great example of what the industry is moving towards to in terms of being sensible with the environment and how important we are as chefs to make a change by choosing the right ingredients and educating our costumers to eat better food that is also good for the planet.
It is a fantastic opportunity as a chef to get to know people out there in the country that are able to teach you how to do this so you can tell your colleagues at your unit and start to make an impact and a change by inspiring others the same way we were inspired by this people we visit.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I've also developed my existing skills by being surrender by other chefs so we learn from each other.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
The trainer we have assigned to us throughout the whole process is always there to help you and make sure we are okay and we are not falling behind with our portfolio and lessons.
