As a back-end SDE intern, I develop and maintain the framework and engine which might be used by all other teams.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes. The project I did during the internship is not trivial at all. It is a very vital improvement so I appreciate it very much.

Practice your coding skills, especially algorithm&data structure and OOP. Also very importantly, don't be stressed and just take it easy to talk with the interviewers.
