Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BBC to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It's the best decision I made; so much room for learning, growing, networking, meeting new people, pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. All in all such a positive place to work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
Don't be shy, be confident. You got the role for a reason. Ask as many questions as you need. Don't stop yourself from reaching out for help, you are completely new and people are so happy to help. Don't be too hard on yourself, you are going to make mistakes and that is okay!
