I am responsible for helping the running and optimisation of a water treatment works to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operation to provide potable water to our customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program very much as the support you get from the technical training specialist team is great. They ensure you are comfortable on site and make sure you get the most out of the experience in terms of skills and knowledge.

I have learnt new skills and knowledge all to do with the water industry such as working well in a team, learning responsibility, working to deadlines and technical skills to help carry out my job

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is well structured, form the first couple of months i was provided with a clear timeline of how the apprenticeship will go and what i need to do to pass

I receive good support to make sure i am in a good environment

I receive good support from my trainer, they make sure i am on the correct path with regualr checking ins and development meetings
