To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have loved my apprenticeship so far! It has been an amazing way to meet like-minded people, work alongside professionals in the industry and develop skills which will be invaluable throughout my career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt and developed so many new skills during my apprenticeship. I have developed my communication, my public speaking, my writing, my time-management, my prioritisation and my problem solving skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I really enjoy the structure of the programme as it gives you the opportunity to experience many different areas of law which allows you to find your strengths and areas you most enjoy, making the decision of where to qualify much easier.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is lots of support available from apprentices, early careers and of course our line managers and wider teams.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There are a wide array of events to get involved in. We have 5 paid volunteering days a year, many employee networks and also circles which are social groups allowing colleagues to come together and enjoy shared interests.
