Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am in the financial services team. I work on different workstreams for our Clients and liaise with third parties like customers and debtors and other solicitor firms. I also engage in different e-learning and in-person learning to broaden my legal knowledge.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the legal solicitor apprenticeship that TLT offers. The early careers team are extremely supportive and ensures each and every apprentice within their apprenticeship programmes is valued.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to portray myself within a professional setting. I have also broadened my technical skills and professional writing skills and communication skills. I have also progressed my existing skills of time-management, conscientiousness, and organisation.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very structured. I have a clear picture of the programme and know exactly what I am doing and what I will be doing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive the perfect amount of support from my employer. Through working with the kindest colleagues, part-taking in different initiatives, learning programmes, and celebrations I love working at TLT.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from our training provider. The learning materials, lectures we have and assistance that is always available makes achieving these qualifications extremely easy.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well. As I can practically apply the knowledge and skills within my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there is. We have office social events and team events. We have 'circles' such as TLT football circle, TLT reading circle, TLT gardening circle and many more! We even have amazing networking events with our Clients, other law firms etc!

Why?
TLT is such an amazing workplace where I have grown in so many different ways. Everybody here really supports you and encourages you to become a better. TLT's different initiatives like ethnic and religious celebrations, staff amenities, and immense guidance is so fulfilling. It truly is an incredible place to work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TLT LLP?
Networking with existing employees at TLT via LinkedIn, networking events etc.
