I involved day to day to do the menu changes and make sure the staff organized every day, food ordering and delivery's make sure not over spend. I make sure the staff following the health and safety and the food safety procedures. I do the staff training and all the risk assessment to the kitchen. I do the booking and I dealing with the customers.
