I assist the site manager in day to day tasks for running the site. I manage small packages such as the flooring and drylining.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I learn new skills everyday on site and take these onboard with me for future jobs

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The uni course is structured well with assignment briefs being clear regarding the timing. Tilbury's supports me with when things are due in and to ensure I have it planned well so I complete items on time such as my EPA.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They allow me one day off per week to do uni work and any extra time if needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
My apprenticeship assessor is helpful, however some elements of the remote learning can be difficult to find support on certain topics.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I take items I learn on site and put these in my assignments vice versa.
