An Assistant Quantity Surveyor supports the commercial and contractual management of construction projects from pre‑contract through to final account. The role focuses on cost control, financial reporting, procurement support, and contract administration, working closely with the Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
