Overall, how would you describe your experience at Bowmer + Kirkland?
I recently started a new role and have been really enjoying the experience so far. From day one, the team has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and approachable, which made settling in much easier. Everyone is always willing to help, share knowledge, and offer guidance when needed, creating a positive and collaborative environment. It’s been great to be part of a workplace where people genuinely support each other, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing in this role.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Provide planning support for live construction projects across Scotland by assisting with programme development, updates, and progress reporting using Asta Powerproject. Contribute to the creation of logistics and sequencing plans, while collaborating with site teams, designers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scheduling, efficient workflows, and clear identification of critical project milestones.
