Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day often starts with checking and responding to emails mainly from subcontracts. Most of the day will be checking invoices and making my own assessment on the work which has been done. Often try to get onto site 2 times a day.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learned how to use multiple systems such as coins where we pay our subcontractors and others such as payment bee which is where we get payment of the client. I have also learned how to make assessments on compensation events from subcontractors

our apprentice lead has a monthly meeting to check in with us to make sure we are doing okay and sort out any problems, we also can contact them at any point and set up a one to one.
