A mixture of BSA, CDM, Contract Admin and HRB. Trainee Surveyor Multiple jobs at a time and managing client expectations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the pace of work and feel my abilities are challenged every day, some tasks seem repetitive and can be a little boring but that only takes up 20 percent of my workload.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed all Microsoft 365 skills and become proficient in the related software's, people management and expectation outcomes.

My line manager is very good at supporting me through my work and guiding me in the right direction but doesn't just give me the answer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Salford University is a good Learning provider and feel that some of the lecturers are attentive and helpful when it comes to meeting assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The only downside is some of the work/course content I complete at the moment, which is the third year out of five, does not relate to my subject field at work we are going over basic quantity surveying, and it is highly unlikely I will do any work in this field.
