Finally, we have rotation time, where we move around the business into different departments and learn about them through presentations and independent study. After each rotation, which can last anywhere from two days to two weeks, we are required to present what we have learned.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
That said, the employees are extremely helpful and regularly reach out to ensure that I am doing well and fully understanding everything. The presentations during the rotations are very engaging, and there is a strong sense of partnership between the vendors and Computacenter.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
In addition, I have developed my PowerPoint skills and improved my ability to prepare for presentations. I now have a much better understanding of how businesses operate, along with the various departments involved in the sales and bid process.

Recommendations & Advice
Would you recommend Computacenter to a friend?
Why?
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Computacenter?
Engage with your team as much as possible and try to build strong relationships from the beginning. This makes it easier to reach out to a wide range of people throughout the programme. It is also important to build relationships outside of your immediate team, so that when you move onto rotations, you already have contacts in other departments who you can ask for support.
